As a Clinical Program Manager for AWS you will support the data teams, maintain accuracy and throughput standards, guidelines and manage operational planning for future expansion.

We are looking for a passionate, talented, and inventive Clinical Program Manager who can bring bleeding edge machine learning and annotation experience into real products solving real problems together with a highly multi-disciplinary team of scientist, engineers, strategic partners, product managers and subject domain experts.

Specifically, the Clinical Program Manager will:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with high intuition and critical thinking skills to prioritize based on business objectives and internal capacity.
Lead the annotations of the Data team through highly ambiguous situations, and mitigate risks with sound and data-driven proposals. This requires strong analytical and professional writing skills.
Deep dive into understanding the data collection requirements and delivery criteria to identify key QA processes to ensure deliveries have met those requirements without multiple churns.

Basic Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a clinical field.
• Two or more years as a program manager or project manager .
• Experience working with clinical notes. Knowledge of natural language processing.
• Experience with Standard Medical Terminologies (SNOMED-CT, ICD-9/10, LOINC, RXNORM)
• Detail-oriented, experience leading projects, and a team player
• Experience with creating guidelines across different specialities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading large, multi-track and fast-moving projects.
• Practical knowledge of data processing needs and trade-offs.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative and dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work under very tight timelines and minimum supervision
• Prior experience in machine learning.
